Order Status, Shipping & Handling :
To give each client given personal attention to ensures that each bride feels that she has tried a selection of styles available we have defined few processes mentioned below.
- Placing an order and providing Size measurement (kindly note that size and measurement can be amended before the embroidery starts and embroidery floss can be used as per your requirements.
- Finalizing the estimated timeframe for the completion of the dress ( kindly note that we always advice to place an order at least 3 – 6 month before the event in case of any customization or amendment are require however we also consider shorter timeframe but prices are vary for the urgent custom made order.
- If you carefully follow our size chart/how to measure guide before deciding your size, we guarantee that your dress will fit you perfectly although we can alter your returned dress according to your requirements but you will need to pay the shipping fee from your address to HOSN
- To provide the complete satisfaction to our client, we always keep them updated with their order in terms of their payment, materials, initial and final stage of embroidery and shipment schedule. Processing begin as soon as an order has been placed
- Please note if any customization or amendment is require as per the requirements then it must be inform on the same day when our representative share picture with you of your dress at the initial stage. Any changes in the mid stage or near to final stage of your dress will be charged on top of the actual amount of the dress. This can also cause delay in shipping in that case please always confirm with one of our representative as HOSN will not be responsible for any delay in shipping.
- Although we always provide you with true photos, it’s sometimes impossible to match the on screen color to the original color of the item, this is due to the settings and computer screen variations, therefore please expect that there may be a slight change in the color
- Please also note that to avoid any defective , damaged and Missed Ship items we always record and take pictures of your dress for our record before dispatching them to your destination hence during the shipment delivery any cause or harm occurs then HOSN is not responsible which is very unlikely as we used world most reputable Courier services.
- Please note that as per our policy we require initial 60 % payment of your selected dress and rest 40% must be paid before our representative will dispatch your dress, you will be notified once your dress is finalized and stitched in order to make remaining balance amount. HOSN will not dispatch your order unless full payment has been made.
- You will be provided tracking no once your order has been dispatched so please keep record of tracking and carrier information.
- HOSN does not have any return or exchange policy
